Pretty decent Gibbons/ZZ voice for you. I use this with my HSS Strat (Humbucker on the Bridge). Makes a good approximation of his tone in "Cheap Sunglasses", esp. the solo.
For the solo sections, I use the bridge humbucker, guitar volume around 9. Dial up to 10 to help with those Gibbons pinch harmonics. Nice throaty OD with some palm muting.
For verses, I go to the out-of-phase position -- middle pickup and bridge pickup. Set the middle pickup tone control to about 7 to get a nice woody crunch, turn the guitar volume down to about 8 to clean it up a bit for the verses.
Now, as for getting your voice to do that Billy Gibbons growl -- I can't help you there!
