With a Les Paul (or Twin Humbucker Guitar)
For Samba-pa-ti start with the neck pickup set to 3 and the bridge set to 5 then for the bridge section turn up the guitar to 5 & 7 then for the improvised ending both p/ups up full.
For Blackmagic Woman I set the p/ups Neck to 7 Bridge to full
for some reason it sounds better with a dollop of reverb just add to taste
