Using the Tonelab Sound Editor

Postby BarryH » 05 Jun 2008, 13:23

Hi,

Newby to the forum and to using Tonelab.

I've downloaded a copy of the Tonelab Sound Editor from the site but can't find any details about connections between the Tonelab and my PC in the manual I have.

What do I need to connect the Sound Editor and Tonelab together?

Cheers
Barry

if your computer has midi in/outs, then you just need a proper midi cable to connect the tonelab.

if it doesn't, then you'll need one of these:
http://proaudiomusic.com/software/UM1-U ... -cable.htm

just be sure you have compatible drivers for it. the editor automatically detects the cable once it's set up correctly.
Ibanez AFS75T -> Boss GT-10 -> AD50VT-XL
