Pedal calibration urgent help needed.

Hello vox fam.

I've bought a Tonelab SE from a local shop in my area about a year ago
and lately seems like its malfunctioning.
one of the pedals does not react
i've checked the problem on the manual and tried to solve it in the pedal calibration section.
and seems like i keep getting that error everytime i follow that procedure
the min in the edit mode is 0 and max is maxed .
i've solved the EXP1 pedal with the calibration issue
but seems like EXP2 just won't work with me
it said in the manual that if it keeps 'erroring' on me then i should contact you guys for tech help.
if its important then i use this pedal for volume.

shop i've bought the unit in is bankrupt.

Did you try a factory reset?

well , it won't really let me press the up \ down buttons all together, seems like the small black buttons just won't react right as well..
but its not that critical like the pedal problem.
