Nik 'et al' - TLLE bypass query

Postby Voxman » 22 Sep 2009, 13:30

A question has cropped up on another forum as to whether the amp modelling and cab sims in TLLE can be switched-off/bypassed to use the TLLE purely as a non modelling MFX unit. Although folk on several forums have posted that they've done this, having read the manual I can't readily see how this is achieved.

I don't have a TLLE myself, so could one of you TLLE guru's possibly clarify if this is possible, and if so exactly how it's done? :?

Thanks

Rich

I don't know about the LE, but the desktop model allows you to turn off amp models and cabs.
G&L SC-3, Ibanez RG550, Epi SG, Fender G-DEC 3 30, Vox AD60VTX w/ VC12, Carvin XV112, Line 6 JM4 Looper, Vox ToneLab, Cry Baby, Digitech RP1, BBESS, Danelectro 7-band EQ, EHX Hum Debugger, Janglebox and Bad Monkey.

It isn't real unless you feel it!

It does?

:?:

You can bypass the cab sim in all the Tonelabs. I think you can bypass the amp sim in the SE and LE, but certainly not in the Desktop.

You're right Nik. It is just the cab sim that can be bypassed. Sorry.
