hello!i am an italian modder, and i will mod a night train amp of a friend of mine...maybe i will post some pics! Thanks for all your schematics, they're great! I study electronic engineer so i can understand them..but i cannot find where i can take the voltage of 6v for the relay...anyone can tell me? It would be great to use an internal power supply!

I suggest you download the schematic for your amp. Working on an amp without looking at a schematic is just asking for trouble.
When you get the schematic, you will probably see that they use 6VDC for the heater circuit.. however it does not show the current capability of that circuit.

Send me a couple pictures of your work and we'll see what can be done to quiet it down.

I've twisted the cables, and isolated them with tape..now the amp works better..
the noise is caused by other footswitches

Can you leave the thick switch that's already attached and connect the relay to that? I'm having trouble getting the switch out.
