leds on VFS5?

there's some great contributions lately regarding mods on these great little amps.
Any of you guys think it would be possible to add leds to the footswitch to fix this glaring omission?

They were only omitted because of cost, so it must be possible.

The easiest way to tell is to open one up and look to see what is inside and find the schematic for it. I don't have one so I cannot do so.

Just taking mine to bits. Will post photos later. There's plenty of room inside and the box and the circuit-board is pretty simple...
(even if one of the internal switch-mounting plates was missing )
