my mistake...

what I was thinking is that I want to be able to mess around with some midi stuff on my computer - recording and editing/storing patches - which is one thing that the blues just don't have. unless I am mistaken. you can do that stuff with the tonelab, right?

and i will try to help keep you from becoming too smug in the future... 8)
dd - 91 SG, 82 Electra, and most recently an 07 American Deluxe Telecaster! all played through a Marshall MG100HDFX, Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, or my Vox AD120VTX of course....

I have a VTX and the LE. Trying to find a good setting for the VTX, or someway to bypass its preamp. Any suggestions?

Yes.

Play the LE through clean, full range power amp and speakers such as a HiFi or a PA system or studio monitors or headphones.

Don't try to use another modeller with the AD amp.
