Just wondering if the Tonelab LE will work with my AD50VT since it doesn't have an effect loop? I'd hate to spend $400 on the Tonelab if it won't work with my AD50VT ya know?

Bad idea. The modeling of the amp and the modeling will interfere with eachother. Besides, why the ad50? A Tonelab can do everything the ad50 does and maybe even better.
People here on the board have the best results wih the combo of tonelab direct in the PA or with a keyboard amp.
