Ad120vtx versus vt120+

Hi folks

I've been reading this link with some interest because I'm seeking to procure the AD120VT - it aint proving as easy as I would have hoped, therefore I was also considering the VT120. I'm a late-learner with regards the tech-spec etc, but I know what I like, and my experience with the AD120VT was great. I presume there is little difference between the AD120VT, and the AD120VTX in terms of quality and 'warmth' of sound?
